What You'll Do

Drive New Growth Opportunities

  • Identify, assess, and prioritize new commercial opportunities adjacent to our core business.
  • Monitor market trends, technological developments, and regulatory changes to uncover emerging opportunities.
  • Build investment theses and strategic recommendations for new products, services, and market expansion initiatives.

Engage the Market

  • Conduct primary market research through direct engagement with customers, industry stakeholders, and market participants.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges, unmet needs, and future market requirements.
  • Leverage your network across the European power sector to validate opportunities and accelerate market insight.

Shape Product and Business Strategy

  • Translate market intelligence into actionable product concepts and business opportunities.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to prototype, test, and refine new offerings.
  • Develop and present business cases, including market sizing, commercial viability, and go-to-market strategies.

Turn Ideas into Businesses

  • Lead early-stage validation efforts, from concept development through pilot execution.
  • Support commercial activities for new products, including customer engagement and initial sales efforts.
  • Help establish repeatable processes for bringing successful concepts to scale.


Your background:

  • 5–10 years of experience in energy markets, power trading, energy consulting, corporate strategy, or commercial development.
  • Deep understanding of European power markets and the forces shaping the energy transition.
  • Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
  • Strong network across the European energy ecosystem.
  • Ability to move quickly from market insight to commercial validation and execution.
  • Commercially minded with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable using modern AI and digital tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and idea development.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.
  • A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and enjoys building from first principles.
