Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Social Media & Content Intern. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, disciplined, consistent, and willing to take ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, editing, and publishing YouTube videos and YouTube Shorts
• Support production and growth of a climate-focused podcast (clips, formatting, distribution support)
• Edit short-form video content for social platforms (especially vertical video)
• Help manage and maintain LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook presence
• Write engaging captions, video titles, and basic blog-style content where needed
• Research topics related to climate careers, sustainability, and hiring trends
• Help identify content ideas based on audience engagement and trends
• Track basic performance metrics (views, engagement, retention) and report insights

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines without close supervision
• Genuine interest in climate, sustainability, or impact-driven careers
• Comfortable with YouTube content formats (long-form + Shorts)
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
• Strong written English (clear, engaging communication style)
• Self-starter mindset with initiative and accountability
